After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email within one business day (usually within minutes Monday–Friday from 9-6 p.m. Eastern. Note: from June-August ASGA’s offices are closed on Fridays). Call 352-373-6907 or email conferences@asgaonline.com with questions.

Policies

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds given only for cancellations received eight weeks before the conference start date, less a $75 processing fee per person and any credit-card processing fees. No refunds after this date. ASGA will issue a full purchase-price credit for future conference attendance, less $75 per person, for any registrant unable to attend provided ASGA is notified in writing 48 hours before the event.

Special Needs: Registrants are responsible for the cost of any auxiliary aids. If you need assistance arranging services please contact ASGA at conferences@asgaonline.com at least six weeks before the conference.

Liability: ASGA, the conference host, and any partners will not have responsibility or liability for personal injury incurred while traveling to or from the conference or on conference sites. Any video, audio, or photographs taken of attendees may be used by ASGA for future promotional purposes.

Force Majeure: Failure of ASGA to perform any of the provisions of this Agreement by reason of strikes, fires, floods, accidents, war, acts of God, acts of government, or other causes reasonably beyond the control of ASGA shall not constitute an event of default or breach of this Agreement.
