ASGA strongly recommends staying at the official conference hotel. All workshops, breakfast, and lunch are held here — and nearly all attendees stay on-site. It’s easier to meet, connect, and collaborate when you’re all under one roof.

Free parking for ASGA hotel guests. If you stay at another hotel, there is a $17 per day fee to park at the conference venue.
☀️ Weather in July
Average daytime highs are 85–95°F. Evening temperatures range from 65–75°F. Orlando is very warm in early July — pack light. Note: meeting rooms may be cool due to air conditioning, so bring a layer.
✈️ Airport
If it would take you more than eight hours to drive, ASGA recommends flying. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 20 miles from the Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration.
