Checklist for a great experience at the Advisors Conference
Here are six ways to raise money to pay for this ASGA conference.Here’s how to save money at the conference.
Complete the registration form and e-mail ASGA at conferences@asgaonline.com to confirm. Register early and save money. ASGA members also save $100 per person.
Not sure exactly who will be attending? No problem! Fill out the registration form and enter “TBD” in the attendee’s name box. By registering early, you ensure that you lock in a discount; you can always change the names of attendees later.

If it would take you more than eight hours to drive to this conference, ASGA recommends that you consider flying.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 20 miles from the Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration, the official conference hotel and venue.
5. Arrange for ground transportation
Orlando does not offer convenient public transportation options. You will need transportation to and from airport, conference location, restaurants, and attractions.
While you can take a taxi ($52-$68), shuttle van ($22-$37 per person), or Uber ($76-$97) and Lyft from the Orlando International Airport to the conference hotel, ASGA recommends that you get a rental car for additional sightseeing, shopping, and restaurant options in Orlando.
The conference hotel offers a free shuttle that stops at all four Disney parks, as well as Universal Studios (Contact the hotel for the shuttle schedule).
Uber or Lyft may be less expensive options.
Parking
Parking (normally $17/day) is included in the ASGA-negotiated room rate. If you are not staying at the ASGA conference hotel, parking is $17 per day.
